Jones Mayer is proud to announce Senior Litigator Harold W. Potter has been nominated and elected to the prestigious national organization of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), Orange County Chapter.

Mr. Potter’s practice is focused on defending public entities in civil ligation. His cases include civil rights, public employment, contract disputes, eminent domain, and more. He also serves as liability counsel to the Sacramento Regional Transit District and counsel to the City of San Bernardino Personnel Commission.

Mr. Potter’s election to ABOTA is a significant achievement and recognition of his skill and professionalism as a trial attorney. Mr. Potter is celebrating his twenty-fifth year at Jones Mayer and epitomizes the firm’s commitment to fostering long-term professional growth within its team.
