Serve public entities through professional and timely legal advice

Provide municipal legal services as city attorney for the Cities of Costa Mesa, Fullerton, La Habra, South Pasadena, Westminster and Whittier and as General Counsel to the Gateway Cities Council of Governments (COG)

Serve as general counsel to Redevelopment Agencies, Joint Power Authorities and other special agencies

Advise clients and draft documents related to Probate, Living Trusts & Wills, Durable Health Care Power of Attorney, General & Special Power of Attorney

Serve as legal counsel to California State Sheriff's Association (CSSA), California Police Chief's Association (CPCA), and California Peace Officers' Association (CPOA)

Serve as City Prosecutor to cities throughout California regarding criminal and civil enforcement of public nuisances including utilization of red light abatement, drug nuisance abatement, receiverships and unfair business practices statutes

Train and lecture on employment matters, California Public Records Act (CPRA), conflicts of interest and all aspects of law enforcement

Counsel of record and amicus curiae on numerous appellate and Supreme Court decisions effecting law enforcement

Successfully defend cities in litigation involving police use of force, allegations of civil rights violations, dangerous conditions, negligence, condemnation, employment matters, land use, CEQA, public contracting and administrative & traditional petitions for Writ of Mandate
