Jeffrey N. Redd
Jeffrey N. Redd is an Associate in the Receiverships Department of Jones & Mayer.
Mr. Redd graduated with honors from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, in 1981, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management/Marketing and a minor in Spanish. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, California, in 1984.
Mr. Redd joined Jones & Mayer in June 2017 as a receiverships attorney. Prior to joining Jones & Mayer, Mr. Redd was a trial attorney for Farmers Insurance Exchange, Travelers Indemnity Company, and Fireman's Fund Insurance Company. As a trial attorney, Mr. Redd handled all aspects of civil litigation from inception through jury trial. He has handled hundreds of civil litigation cases for commercial and individual clients, and has completed numerous jury and court trials, arbitrations, and mediations.
Mr. Redd was appointed by the Orange County Superior Court as an arbitrator in 1992, and was sworn as a temporary judge in 2010.
Mr. Redd has been involved for many years with the Boy Scouts of America and has been the scoutmaster of two different troops. He enjoys hiking, traveling, and spending time with his family.
Mr. Redd reads, writes, and speaks Spanish.
