We provide full service as a City Prosecutor to multiple cities throughout California. These services include providing advice and guidance to various city departments, and communication with alleged violators, in an effort to informally resolve disputes and, when necessary, prosecuting a variety of municipal code violations in criminal court ranging from complex nuisance abatement matters to unkept property. We prosecute cases originating from all departments, including code enforcement, police, fire, zoning, finance, etc. We also provide legal consultation on matters such as seeking inspection warrants, permit suspension and revocations based on municipal code violations including those related to massage establishments. We handle all such matters from the beginning of the investigation to the appellate stage.
